Our recent rebrand wasn’t just a visual upgrade—it was a bold move toward redefining how we help businesses grow, scale, and truly stand out in a noisy market. As we step into this exciting new chapter, we wanted to take a moment to pull back the curtain and introduce the powerhouse team behind Roaring Business Growth Solutions (RBGS).
So… who are we? Let’s dive in!
Zacharias Wray | CEO
Zach is all about SEO, analytics, reporting, web design, Ads, and the technical side of marketing that helps businesses rank, convert, and grow.
He’s also the numbers and strategy guy, making sure every decision is backed by data and driving real results.
Basically, if it involves optimization, growth, or getting your brand seen, Zach’s your guy.
He’s also a website designer with extensive experience in not just creating a website that looks good, but one that’s also optimized with the latest and best-performing techniques out there. From page speed to funnel flow—he’s the guy behind the digital curtain making it all work.
💬 Fun fact: Zach is a total app and software junkie. If you’ve got a problem, he’s got a software or app to solve it. It’s become an ongoing joke around here, but in all seriousness, having a walking business-tech encyclopedia on the team is a game-changer.
On the personal side of Zach…
He and his wife, Megan, welcomed their first baby boy, Caiden, in May of 2024!
When he’s not running the business (or figuring out which app you need in your life), Zach is a concert pianist who somehow still finds time to perform, play at special events, and teach students.
In any spare time after all that (What even is spare time?!), he makes sure to catch the latest football game (Go Buckeyes! 🏈), enjoys a game of disc golf, and loves spending time with his family.
Sarah Morgan | Director of Client Relations + Strategy
The creative strategist behind your brand’s voice. Sarah brings the magic when it comes to social media, content creation, branding, and client strategy. She’s obsessed with crafting marketing that actually connects—turning ideas into impactful campaigns that build relationships and drive engagement. She’s also all about planning (seriously, a good whiteboard or mood board are her love language) and making sure every piece of your brand’s presence works together seamlessly.
Fun fact: If there’s a way to make something better, Sarah’s going to find it. Whether it’s marketing strategy, branding, or a DIY project at home, she loves improving, critiquing, and creating new and better things. She’s never been accused of being lazy—because determination and competitiveness (yes, we’re making that a real word!) drive her. Her Type A personality gets things done! If there’s a challenge, she’s finding a way to tackle it...and let's be honest, if there's a way to give Zach a hard time in the process, she'll make sure to fit that in!
On the personal side of Sarah...
She and her husband, Joseph, are busy keeping up with their three little ones—Dean (6), Felicity (4), and baby Vincent, who joined the crew in September 2024!
When she’s not working (what even is spare time as a full-time working Mom?!), she’s passionate about giving back—especially in areas like NICU support, abuse survivor advocacy, and autism and learning difference education for those she interacts with.
She also loves a good DIY project, fashion, music, game nights, country concerts, and anything that involves making memories with her kids!
At Roaring Business Growth Solutions, our leadership team—Zacharias and Sarah—doesn’t just oversee things from a distance—we’re in the trenches with every brand we work with. We combine our skills in strategy, SEO, web design, content, and branding with a trusted network of contractors, local agency partners, and specialists to deliver results that truly move the needle.
We’ve worked together for over a decade, and that long-standing connection is a huge part of what makes our collaboration special. Zach’s strengths naturally complement Sarah’s, and vice versa—giving our clients a balanced, powerhouse team that knows how to turn ideas into real growth.
While we’re the executive team leading the way, we’re also building something bigger. We work closely with our extended network and are actively expanding our part-time and full-time team to bring even more skills and creativity into the mix—all without losing the personal, hands-on experience our clients love.
